Our Background
Acuity Will Writers & Estate Planning Consultants was set up in 2002. It quickly became known for its personal one to one consultations and quality of service, as a result in 2004 a sister company was set up to handle the requirements of a growing clientele as a national mortgage company under Legal & General and other financial companies requested its services. A new office was set up in Leicester and consultants were employed throughout the country. However Acuity Will Writers with its small office in Lincoln continues to care for the interests of the residents of Lincoln and its surrounding counties and to this day still promotes 'personal service - with integrity'.

CHARLES BUTLER
Owner
Charles Butler is a partner is Acuity Will Writers. He has under took qualifications with STEP and completed many courses to do with Will writing and Estate planning. He has worked with another national Will Writing company in the past which he now a training consultant for. Charles is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
BARRY RUSHBY
Founder
Barry Rushby along with his wife Jeanette are the founders of Acuity Will Writers. Barry has spent most of his life teaching both in England and abroad. In 2000 he decided to develop his interest in legal services and so took a diploma course with the Society of Will Writers and examinations with the Institute of Professional Will Writer as well as attending many courses and seminars. He is now a Fellow of the Institutes of Professional Will Writers and has been used by many companies to train their consultants. Barry has now retired to Scotland and passed the business on to Charles to develop and maintain.

Leanne Butler takes care of the accounts of the business and in scheduling the appointments of clients along with the diaries of our consultants. We could not have managed without her!

John Whitton is a consultant for Acuity Will Writers and enjoys meeting clients in his local area. He prides himself in giving a high quality personal service to his clients
