PROBATE
Being an Executor of a Will can be a difficult and time consuming responsibility.
When someone dies, what they leave behind needs to be accounted for, any outstanding bills and debts and inheritance taxes have to be paid, and once all the assets are gathered in and the outgoings paid out what remains has to be then distributed to the beneficiaries named in your will. Oh, and the tax forms have to be completed and sent to the Inland Revenue.
This is the job of the executor(s). It can be an onerous, difficult, time consuming and responsible activity, at a time of grieving.
We can help remove the burden of estate administration.
Our charges are simple fixed fee-based and competitive with no hidden extra costs. Your other executors can decide at the time whether they want us to act or not. If they don't want us to for whatever reason, all they need to do is ask us to resign our interest and we will do so with no charges made. There are no 'ticking meters' charges, or charges per letter, etc. Click here for more infomation.
