AFTERCARE SERVICE

In association with Kings Court Trust Corporation we are proud to offer our clients a first class storage facility, offering not only a fully insured archive store, but with a Full Aftercare Service allowing you to update your Wills as and when you require and WITHOUT CHARGE! This ensures your Will is fully protected from burglary, house fire or other unforeseeable accidents and always current.

Our Clients receive:

A fully bound Copy Will to keep at home.

A Certificate of storage stating clearly what is held in secure storage.

Two of your Executors will receive a plastic information card, so they will know where your Will is located and how to retrieve it, along with a telephone helpline.

Other documents may also be deposited in secure storage i.e. Enduring or Lasting Powers of Attorney, Severance Deeds or Property Deeds at no additional charge.

The Will may be retrieved and deposited back at no charge.

The client may have their Will updated as often as they require without further charge.

Each time a Will is updated the client will receive a new Will and Copy Will to keep at home.

Updating a Will...

A Will needs to be maintained and must always reflect the Testators wishes in their current situation. Personal and family situations can change rapidly, even legislation and budgets can affect the validity of a Will, so it is essential a Will is maintained.

Our secure storage facility along with our Full Aftercare Service ensures your Wills can always be kept current, no matter whether changes occur in personal, family, tax law, trust law or yearly budgets, as your Wills may be updated as often as is required or even totally re-written if necessary all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

The Cost...

At an amazing cost of only £24.99 per person per year!

Payment will be by Standing Order and you may cease storage at any time as there is no minimum time period.
